ABOUT ME

I have been a licensed therapist for nearly twenty years. The heart of my practice has always been relational — working with couples, families, and individuals on the full range of ways we struggle to connect: with each other, with ourselves, and with a life that feels meaningful. My work has always lived at the intersection of psychotherapy, spirituality (by which I mean the human search for meaning, depth, and connection rather than religious belief), and the most current research in neuropsychology, consciousness studies, psychedelic therapy, and the social sciences.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, Relational Life Therapy, Inner Relationship Focusing, and the Pragmatic Experiential Method for Couples. I have also completed specialized training with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies in MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy for PTSD, and in-depth training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Living Medicine Institute.

At the heart of all of this work is a single commitment: to restore, enliven, and expand a genuine connection — to oneself, to those we love, to the greater human family to which we belong, to our precious living world, and the mystery that runs through it all.
